Projects

Below are the current and future projects that the Kloof Schools Foundation has committed to.  The foundation aims to cover projects in various areas of school life being; Academic, Culture and Sport.

SPORTING PROJECTS

 Why local sport matters

Sport is an essential part of education and children’s mental health. By building local, shared facilities, we reduce transport time and costs, improve safety by limiting long trips to Durban, and expand fair access to physical activity for all learners.

CULTURAL PROJECTS

Why diversity matters

Cultural projects in schools are crucial because they foster inclusivity, enhance academic learning, and prepare students for a diverse world. By engaging with different cultures, students develop empathy, critical thinking skills, and a stronger sense of self. These projects also promote a more welcoming and engaging learning environment, benefiting all students.

ACADEMIC PROJECTS

Why academics matters

Academics matter because they provide a foundation for individual growth, career advancement, and societal progress. They equip individuals with knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the ability to adapt to change, ultimately contributing to a more prosperous and informed society.
